Jo Merola is a London-based makeup artist with a background in skincare. She worked as a skincare therapist in Naples, Italy, for over five years before focusing on her career in makeup.
Her knowledge of skincare plays an important role in her work and helps her create fresh, refined and modern looks. After moving to London, Jo explored different styles and developed her own creative vision, combining elegance, individuality and a touch of rebellion.
For Jo, makeup is energy, connection and self-expression. It is a way to turn ideas into images and bring creative visions to life.
Throughout her career, Jo has worked on Fashion Week shows and collaborated with international publications including Vogue CS, British Vogue, Vogue Arabia, L’Officiel Arabia and Numéro.
